The Programme is implemented in 99 towns and municipalities in two regions: the Region of Šumadija and Western Serbia and the Region of Southern and Eastern Serbia, which may take part in the areas of good governance, social inclusion and gender equality addressed by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). On the other hand, support in the area of good government provided by the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities is available to all local self-governments in Serbia.
