Public Call for Support to Addressing COVID-19 Consequences in Substandard Settlements

With the support of the Government of Switzerland the Swiss PRO Programme through the new public call will directly support up to ten local projects that will be addressing the rights and the needs of citizens living in substandard settlements alleviating the consequences of COVID-19

Total budget of the public call: EUR 122,700. Grant value: from EUR 10,500 up to EUR 12,700.

The duration of the projects will be from eight to ten months. For projects with LSGs as a lead applicant partnership with a CSO is mandatory, while CSOs can apply as a lead applicant independently as well.

The public call will be open until 26 February 2021.

The public call for proposals has been organised through a competitive process and the selection of beneficiaries will be made through evaluation and ranking of the submitted project proposals. All the details about the process, the selection criteria and the applying procedure are available in the Call for Proposals Description and Criteria.

  • Send the clarification requests at the email address rsoc.cfp.clarifications@unops.org no later than 22 February 2021
  • Submit completed forms in accordance with the terms of the Public Call at rsoc.applications@unops.org

To help all interested LSGs to learn all the details of the public call - including the application form, the project selection criteria and the eligible costs, the Swiss PRO Programme will organised two online informative sessions:

  • Tuesday, February 2, at 11:00
  • Friday, February 5, at 11:00
